I recently bought a new home.. and I needed appliances, towels, kitchen stuff, just everything. I chose to buy most of it on amazon.com since they seem to have really fast (I think a robot must have to pack it) delivery and its free. Despite sometimes really failing at packing I keep coming back to them for my non electronic purchases.

I bought a stand mixer and its still being shipped here however when I made the purchase it was 280 dollars… well I went back today and its now 250 dollars. Since its not in my hands yet, I was a bit angry. I sent a email to customer support. It said it may take up to 12 hours, but I didnt want to call them. Well in less than 30 minutes they replied to my email and sent me 31 dollars for the differance.

Great job amazon, even if its against their policy, becasue of this, I will continue to pour my money into orders from them.
